Marketing Idea - what do you think?

I had a brainstorming session last night, and came up with what I think
is a great marketing idea to find note sellers around this time of year. I
have written a form letter that I will send to accountants and CPAs in
my area (found through Yahoo Maps business listings), suggesting that
their clients, if they hold a note, could sell it to pay off their tax
obligations. I will follow this up with a phone call to the firm next
week, and with post cards every 2 weeks throughout the season, then
finishing with another "It's not too late" style letter at the beginning of
April.

I sadly have yet to do a deal, but 2005 will be my year. I haven't done
any marketing before, and am very excited about this prospect. Any
input and thoughts are appreciated. Thanks!
