I understand that I am still responsible for keeping up the payments to my lender. This post is sort of tied to my previous one:

Where I want to borrow money to buy a to-be-foreclosed mortgage and a note. I know I will have to foreclose, so essentially I am borrowing against a property, but with the foreclosure process mixed in. So I need to explain to the lender how his investment is secured.
