Well, I haven't heard nor read about any complaints about his program. Just like many may have complained about various programs, with the mindset that any program will just work if you buy it. Any and all programs require the would be investor to actually do some work. I've bought several courses and progras over the years as wel as many folks on this site have done. I believe that most who are still doing it has realized that it requires work and are willing to "GIT 'R DONE" while may are content in complaining and doing nothing. I have not found where seller financing is illeagal. Or, even buying notes.
