Hello, I am dealing with some motivated sellers that currently have an 8 unit(500,000)(NOI 35K) and a 25 unit apartment building(650,000)(NOI 45K). While there asking price is high for the amount of NOI they are motivated and want to get out and are open to creativity. I talked with someone who said a lease option would be possible. Has anyone ever done a lease option on a multifamily building and how has it worked for you. Any other advice for properties like this. Any other experience of insight would be helpful. Thanks!
