Jimmy, why would someone put an appreciating asset into a C in the first place? Did you see a lot of instances where people just didn't know any better or got poor advice?

BTW, I really enjoy your posts. I, for one, like your knowledgeable, straightforward, tell it like it is writing style. Thanks for your contributions.
