Need Recommendation for an Asset Management Co.

I am looking at a stable 168 unit apartment complex "B" class in Texas with solid financials. I have an investor who's interested in investing the acquisition costs for half the profits. This would be my first deal of this size and I'd be more comfortable bringing on some pros in this field to help me in this deal.
Does anyone have a good recommendation for an asset management company, that specializes in multi-units? Do you know what they normally charge? I'd appreciate any comments.
