The short answer is you need to do this yourself. Seek guidance from team members.

Go to IREM.org get the list of CPM's for your area and size of property. Contact them, avoid ones that own properties of your size in the area they will fill those vacancies before yours.

Give me an email I can send you some questions to ask them.
