no, not what I want to hear...but if they were in the
real estate business, would be very prudent to do so.
However, it seems such projects keep them from
accomplishing the task for which they were founded for.
Is there anyone who actually can be of assistance with
this...with ideas, suggestions or tips that might help
in financing such a deal?
