Emotional Highs and Lows

It could be attributed to the fact I haven't completed my first deal yet, but I find a good deal and everything lines up perfect and then at the last minute everything falls apart. Is this just the nature of the business? I spend hours hunting, researching, making offers, only to have things fall through last minute when things meet my budget and ROI?
