Good to hear you're getting to a point where you can start to sleep at night. I know I had a few sleepless nights while my place was empty. I could certainly relate to your poker analogy. I think I got lucky however, after getting rid of my first leasing agent the second one had the place leased up quickly. I didn't have to do all the legwork that you did which is good since I may not be fat but I am ugly and stupid. (the stupid part is noticable over the phone)
So all is good at my place however one lease is up this month but it sounds like they are going to renew.
Did you get rid of all your houses?
