I have seen monitoring Phoenix and Las Vegas as well. I have an agent emailing me large listing of condos mostly built in 1970s for 20K or so.
What should we invest now apartments, SFH, Mobile home parks that make sense and have upside in the near future?
I would imagine more apartments in FC or SS increasing for the next 1-2 years? How do we take advantage of this or it is very difficult due to low rent, high vacancy. Is Phoenix losing population or what, or mainly jobs like like very where else?
What is the unit price that would make sense in this market $5,000?
