Ray to clarify the $900,000 you could consider it 100% financing, the way I look at it, if I borrow 25% from myself to put down and 75% from the bank, I need to pay both back, myself and the bank.
I dont know weather he would even entertain it, but I am leaning toward offering between $825,000 and $875,000.
