Hello Ray,

Thank for your ongoing effort to help other investors. Your
knowledge and experience is amazing!

I want to begin investing in commercial real estate and am
looking at all courses in this area.

What would you suggest to someone who wants to begin in the
field with only investment experience in single family
houses?

How current is your Getting started in commercial RE DVD?
Does it reflect the 2010 market? Would it not be best to
start with your Deal Makers Guide along with your 2010
Commercial Real Estate Forecast report or does the Getting
started DVD contain information that the other two do not?
Do you offer any discounts to students willing to buy both?
