SS can work, but since this is an investment property seller may have some issues. Is owner current on loans? If not, the ss could still happen, but less likely. Have there been any negot's w/ the lender(s)? Are there any junior loans? Are you/seller realtors? I assume the rents are @ market? Are all units accupied? Leased/month-to-month? If leased, for how long, and are they all current and timely on their rents?
