"offer and acceptance" when price = $0

Some Realtors in my area have started stating the price as $0 on some of their Realtor.com listings, apparently to move the listing to the front of the line for more visibility. In Business Law class at university, I distinctly remember the concept of "offer and acceptance;" if someone makes an offer, I can accept it, even if it was a typo or honest mistake. Does this apply here? Would I have legal grounds to "accept" their "offer" of zero price? This could be fun!
