Something must be going on with realtor.com. I have a home for sale and they had the listing price $1,000,000 over my asking price. Once I contacted them, they corrected it immediately. I believe the site has a disclaimer for any incorrect "facts." If you click on the listing agent's URL, the listing price is usually correct.
