Thanks very much. I did talk briefly with an attoney refered to me but -of course- he recommended I come in and chat. I did notice the redemtion period but wasn't sure if that started at the time of the sale or what.
I'm not too happy about the funds being tied up that long without certainty of getting the property, so that basically sucks. If I do purchase the property, is it lawful for me to contact the owners to at least see what their intent is? Also, let's say that they do redeem the property, do I get my money back right away or is there more waiting for some reason.
