4 lots on same street up for sale by US Marshal (this link is to one of them)
Min bid 15K each, goes up for bid in 13 days (3/28)
don't know if it is MH-able, or not, but it is a seizure auction of lots with utilities in place - if *I* lived in NC, I'd check it out.
