I've never tried it myself, but the method is to soak the sagging area of
fiberous ceiling panel with a water sprayer. Once the ceiling panel is
soaked, support the wet ceiling panel with a pole and a piece of
plywood, then leave the support in place until the ceiling panel dries.
The ceiling is supposed to dry flat... the same shape of the flat
plywood.
The theory is that water leaking in from the roof deformed the ceiling
panel in the first place, so water can be used to form it once again.
That's the theory anyway.
