Tony, Where are you getting this laminate and about what is it costing per yard? I checked my local Lowes and what I saw was about three times the cost of cheap carpet.Was I looking at the wrong stuff. Looks like boards about two feet long. I'm paying about 5.85 per yard for carpet and just stapling around the edges with no padding.
