Back Lot Rent

Hello this is a Law question. I live in Idaho and currently attended a tax sale where three MH's were for sale one sold for 430.00 one for 130.00 and the other for 1100.00 which i would of purcased in a heartbeat but the park owners all posted signs saying the new owner would be responsible for back lot rents. If I purchased a trailer by law would I have to pay the back lot rents? please let me know if you have any input
