Chances are the back lot rent is high as it usually takes a long time for any property to get to a tax sale.

So the Park owners would either like their $$, or buy the homes themselves. Who bought them?

If the owners bought them, I would approach them to see if they really WANT them or just want to keep them in their park. If the latter is true, then maybe you can work a deal with them if they are not interested in Lonnie Dealing them themselves.
