The signs were posted on the front door one owner wantd 4000 then there were two in the same park and one was 2100 and the other was 1500 the owner that wnted 4000 ended up buying it for $430 and I talked to him about making a deal but I was scared away by the 4000 in back rent the other wasnt worth buying and the last one went for 1100 and was the nicest out of the three the owner sent a man to buy it but stopped bidding at 1000 and someone lse got it
