I found that these vinyl tiles did not last well in my older homes or homes that had been moved and settling occurred. I will not use them again personally but if you can install them better then I agree it is the way to go.
If I were to use any tile, I would go ceramic in a heartbeat.
Otherwise for me it is laminate throughout (as time and cashflow provide for each home) and ceramic in baths. In laundry rooms and kitchens I am still giving laminate a trial run but do not expect others to do so. If it goes bad, it is only me that has to fix it and pay for it. For me, it is worth the risk.
