"Do you have a contract with that park regarding a particular home? If the answer is 'No', then how could you legally owe them anything? No contract equals no valid legal claim."

I don't know about how your State works, but from what I'm learning, contract law is the highest law. You may want to look into UCC law (Uniform Commercial Code/contract law) since that would be the one you would most likely be dealing with. Just a thought.
