Darlington Oak is the cheapest Lowe's carries, & it has been running 88-99ΒΆ sq. ft. However, it is not the greenback. I've used this in several living rooms & bedrooms & it works well there. We apply polyurethane on the edges when placing under windows or anyplace where we have a moisture concern.
