driving through a park today i noticed a forsale in a window. I stopped and this lady and daughter were packing up and i got to go through it. Right away she said she is leaving to go back to florida in a few days and needs to sell. It's a 12x60 2bd 1ba'79 liberty. She put in new windows and furnace. Roof looks fine, no signs of leaking anywhere. Electric works fine. She has been in florida for the last year so it needs to be aired out, cleaned and maybe some paint and little carpet. It has wheels and axels underneath. Would be a great first investment.I asked her what her lowest cash price would be and that i could settle today and she came back with i don't know how much do you have? So i did't know what to say so i just said my budget is 3k and i have cash. I think i can sell easily for 7k. I already have 30 people who called on an ad i ran last week. She took my name and number and is going to check with the park manager about rushing an approval.
Did i blow it with the 3k price? I didn't know what else to say.
