Investor to buy contracts

I can get a lot of deals in this North Georgia area.
99% would be with out land. But where can I get a group of investors who would be interested in this paper?? Or is this just a pipe dream in these times?? I hope this posting is not taken as a solicitation. I am just interested in getting started. Tks Ed Dazey
