Anne.....Thank You for your response. Your answer is really what I expected to hear. I have a background in Florida of working in seller held paper, their are several pvt and industry buyers. I have been searching for a Bank, etc that does this kind of financing but haven't had any success. So I thought I would see what this forum had to say. Do plan to stay in touch and get some of the recommended material.
