I have not done any MH deals although I have read Ronnie Scruggs book and researched some parks in my area....I have been finding that 1)they are much higher priced than is mentioned and 2)the park owners tend to have control of the sale even if there is a fsbo sign in front.....

I also contacted the park owners directly for what is for sale and there is NOTHING in the lower price ranges and you cannot buy from elsewhere, ie. PA, where you can buy cheaply, and move them into the park since the park owners are looking to make money doing this and will not allow it.

Do I just continue to wait for that good deal or can this be area specific? Any suggestions?
