Just sold it a couple of weeks ago! It was flooded in the great Iowa floods of '08 and I thoght I was hosed. It sat in about 4 feet of water for a bit. Had a guy come along and offer to buy it on contract over 5 years. If it all works as written, I'll actually make money on a flooded property...go figure! :)
