I DO intend on doing a deal...when I find the right one. I have called about 100+ and probably looked at dozens. Sellers in this area seem to want top-dollar. :) I haven't looked at any in a while, been busy with my daughter (full-time Dad) & my J-O-B.
I'm trying to sell off a few SFHs to simplify. I'm actually down 7 investment properties...that includeds the 'Poker House' and a SFH that was sitting in 5 1/2 feet of water. :O
