Hi,

I found a 1980, 12x65, 2bd/1ba home for sale. Have not looked at it yet, but advertised as clean and in good shape. Lot rent is good for the area. I know this is out of the age range Lonnie suggests, and it is tiny. Based on this alone, is this still worth looking into if I can get the right purchase price? Just worried about selling. I do not know the demand for a home this age and size in my area, but I can run a test ad before doing anything else. Still new at this.
