I have found that the age isn't as important as the condition of the home and the price. As a matter of fact, the newest trailer I purchased (1984 Liberty)was in worse shape than the oldest (1968 Star) I bought. Of the seven trailers we've bought/sold five of them were from the 70's. So don't let the age be the determining factor.
