I think it's more of an issue than it used to be. Anymore, it seems most people want a 3 bedroom and shy away from 2 bedrooms.

Part of the reason for this is that computers are pretty common with our residents and a lot of buyers want a computer room, or at least have an area to put their computer.

I know a lot of people out there make good money selling 2 bedrooms, and that it can really vary by location. Just speaking for me, I tend to steer away from 2 bedroom mobile homes.

The best thing to do is talk to the park manager of the park you are going to do business with and ask them how 2 bedrooms are selling. Most managers are a great source of info. If they are selling well, that should be a good indicator. If not, then maybe it's time to move on.
