4 of them are 12x60, one 12x65 and 2 14x70. All but one have been 2 bedroom and the three bedroom has been converted into a 2 bedroom. I would love to get more three bedrooms but they are out of the price range I'm willing to pay and so far I've been able to do "good 'nuf" with the 2 bedrooms. The only time it's been an issue is when there are 5 people in the family, the parks I deal in, as well as the city of Janesville, will only allow 2 people per bdrm, or a max of 4 people for the units I've sold. Again, not too much of an issue for me.
