Hello everyone!

I haven't posted anything for a few months. I had tried to purchase a MH but the PM put the brakes on and I had to back out of my first deal. I was little frustrated but I took some of the advise from people here and from myself and found someone to partner with me on my deals (for now, I don't want to keep sharing these deals forever).

We bought a SW in a very nice community, space rent is close to $700, this particular home would sell for 15,900 financed over 5 years or so. Should be a slam dunk but now we are marketing grass roots style to get the phone ringing. We are posting signs outside the parks, craigslist, and soon to be posting flyers in laundermats and places where bulletin board space is available.

the next week we saw a home that needed some real TLC. Guy was asking 6500, I brought him down to 3000 and signed a bill of sale giving me 30 days to find the buyer or loose my $20 of consideration for the contract (I can live with that).

Couple questions:
1-What other marketing strategies can I employ to get this phone ringing?

2-how would you phrase an ad to effectively market a handyman special?
