I have found classified ads to be a good draw, because they'll be online as well as in the paper. But signs in the windows are the best right now- make sure the neighbors have your phone number too- lots of times people will stop to talk to the next door neighbor who is mowing their lawn to ask about a MH. Give them a few cards and let them know you'll pay a referral fee if they recommend someone who actually buys. I give $200.
