situation. I have come to the realization that my MHP will not survive without a strong home sales component. I used to think that once the MHP was filled, it would just remain full, by private sales, dealer placements, and relocations...WRONG!

It may be that this operator has come to the realization that to market/re-market homes successfully He will need to personally handle these duties (a property manager and home salesman have completely different skill set, and 1 small-mid sized MHP doesn't provide enough opportunities to pay a good salesman ) and a Lonnie Dealer is an effective way to reduce the demands on his time.
