Almost all my Lonnie deals are in one park, so I understand and agree there is added risk to this approach. However, if you protect yourself you can minimize some of the risk.
Dyches Boddiford has a form that basically outlines the agreement between the park and LD that protects both parties. I think with a good written agreement this could be a win-win if the deal is right for both of you, and there is demand for affordable housing offered on terms. Obviously, there's a lot of "ifs" to that statement but I would definitely proceed to gain a better understanding, and see if you can help eachother.
