Don't let Don kid you, he does all that I do and more with these homes. Don has rehabbed his small parks in addition to foundation, concrete and other stuff that I still try to avoid.
Don's thumbs up on Mike's DVD's speaks volumes.
Folks if you don't want to just take my word, you now have Don's as well as Anne's. Get the DVD's already.
