Where is the best place to get money?
I did my first Lonnie deal.. bought the place for $1,000.
Sold it for $7800. $0 down $130/month for 5 years.
I need more money now to do more deals.
Where would be the best places to get more money?
Banks?
Hardmoney?
Credit Cards?
Private lenders?
Parents?
