As long as:
(1) you are not late on the mortgages listed on your report.

(2)you are not exceeding the limit of mortgages your lender might accept

(3) you have the credit score and income neccessary to qualify for any new loan (most lenders will allow 75% of your monthly rental income to count towards your monthly income to qualify)

Should not really be a problem.
