Hello to All,
Im looking at a property that I can obtain for less than half its ARV. I've been trying to find hard funding for this project but been unsuccessful so far. HElp. Does anyone know of any Hard Money Lenders in Virginia? No Doc. Fico 705.
Asking $40K. Repairs $15-20k. ARV $90k.
