WHO IS LENDING FOR INVESTMENT PROPERTIES NOW?

Hi,

I am considering buying a single family house or a duplex in upstate New York. I was wondering whether anyone could recommend any lenders that still make loans to investors.

I heard that Wells Fargo has some programs but would like to get the names of some other lenders as well. You know it is always good to have alternate sources.

Any feedback would be appreciated. Thank You.
