Does anyone know of any institutions that would give me a personal loan secured by my house [appr $125K equity in it after refi at 80% ltv] for about 60-75K??? It is a new construction house I built and will get my CO on next week. I have been approved for 80%ltv on the refi but am looking for more cash for rei. Thx in advance!!
