I have three contracts that I would like to sell. If there are any investors who would like to own a duplex in OH built in 1950 and it has 1700 sq ft. It was remolded in 07. 2/1 no covered parking. price is 58k. I also have a 4plex built in 1890 which was also renovated in 07 it has 4000 sq feet 1 car garages 2/1 in OH. price is 98k. My other property is a small 855sq ft house 2/1 in Dallas TX this house appraisal is 43k and the price is 26k it was renovated in 05 it has 5 payments which is getting ready to be served foreclosure papers. 2k is needed to bring current. Any help is much appreciated
