i have a beautiful stick built home that i have over $45,000.00 equity in it. i'm looking for someone to help make 1/2 of the payments on mortgage. in turn hopefully in one year we could sell home and i would split the profit with partner.. i just had an appraisel done and it came in at $370,000.00 i owe $330,000. pretty good investment for someone. so for $12,000.00 you would be making $8,000.00 profit in a years time.
