Need transaction funds to complete commercial apartment complex purchase. Funds to be used as 3rd party fees: Appraisals, environmental reports, feasibility studies, legal opinions and other consultant reports. Offering $5,000.00 a month on the first on every month for three months (3) $15,000.00 then a balloon payment of $25,000.00 witch will cover the initial requesting funds. Plus 15% of equity at the end of the first year witch would be $30,000+ in equity.
