Either way, people will need more info. on the deal, to feel attractive.
You only show Expeses, and some that could Kill the Financing, before be able to do so. Are You buying ith all yours Cash and need these Fees covered? Environmental Fase 1 can open a can of worms; and If You have to do Fase 2, before the Financer accept the Deal?
Ah, do the Property Support all Operating Expenses, DCR of 1.25 at least, after what You are offering?
